Archaeological Walk at Sunset
Between history and nature
A private tour along the Via Julia Augusta, one of the most evocative routes in Liguria, accompanied by a local guide.
The stroll begins from the residence and passes through the Roman funerary monuments, following a path that unites history and landscape.
The experience concludes at sunset at a panoramic viewpoint, with a Ligurian aperitif featuring local wine and a selection of regional specialties, tied to the seasons.

Aperitif “in Vogue” at Sunset
The sea at sunset
A private tour around Gallinara Island aboard a traditional Ligurian gozzo, with direct departure from the shoreline in front of the residence.
The navigation circumnavigates the island, allowing you to observe the natural reserve and the island's profile, before a stop for bathing in the crystalline waters of the southern slope.
At sunset, as the sun descends behind the mountains and the island turns shades of purple, the experience concludes on board with a glass of Pigato or Vermentino DOC served chilled.

Pesto Masterclass
All the taste in one gesture
A private workshop in the garden dedicated to pesto preparation.
Through the use of the ancient marble mortar, guests are guided in creating pesto according to tradition, following a process that centers on craftsmanship and ingredients.
A simple and direct experience to connect with one of the most representative gestures of Ligurian cuisine.

Chic-Nic among the olives
The taste of time rediscovered
An outdoor experience among the olive trees of the residence, designed to experience the landscape in a spontaneous and relaxed way.
The Chic-Nic takes shape with a dedicated setup: a wicker basket, a linen mat spread in the shade of an olive tree and a selection of preparations curated by the kitchen, served on porcelain.
The menu features Ligurian finger food, savoury pies of tradition, focaccia, seasonal salads and a light dessert, designed to be shared outdoors.
