With your pets
Dogs are welcome. A supplement of € 25.00 per stay applies, including a Pet Friendly kit. A dedicated dog area is available.
Laundry
A laundry service is available for guests. Standard service includes next-day delivery. Express service guarantees delivery by 8:00 PM for garments handed over by 12:00 PM. Dry cleaning requires two days, or three days for deliveries made during the weekend.
Parking
The property offers guest parking spaces, electric vehicle charging stations, and valet parking service.
Transfer
Upon request, a transfer service is available to and from Albenga airport and Albenga railway station. The service is chargeable. Transfers related to experiences are included.
Wellness
Wellness areas are accessible to resort guests and external clients alike.
General Information
Deposit
The reservation is considered confirmed upon payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount and receipt of written confirmation.
Travel Cancellation Insurance
We recommend taking out insurance to cover any cancellations, late arrivals or early departures.
Check-in / Check-out
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, while check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation of the booking, the following conditions apply: from the 29th to the 11th day before arrival, 50% of the total amount is charged; from 10 days prior to arrival, 100% is charged. In case of no-show, late arrival, or early departure, the entire booked stay will be charged.
City Tax
The tourist tax amounts to € 1.50 per person per night.
Payment Methods
The following payment methods are accepted: EC, Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and UnionPay. Cheques are not accepted.
Non-Smoking
The property is entirely non-smoking.
