The garden of Timo Bistrot is a corner of Mediterranean paradise that embraces our property.
Here we cultivate with dedication basil, rosemary, thyme, sage, mint and oregano, herbs that perfume every one of our dishes with fresh and authentic notes.
The garden follows the rhythm of the seasons and supplies our kitchen daily with vegetables harvested at the perfect moment, guaranteeing freshness and intense flavors.
Amid ancient olive trees and Mediterranean plants, the garden is also a relaxation space for our guests, a place to stop and breathe in the scent of the earth and enjoy the simple beauty of nature.
